| The CASA
DE EMDEKO is much like a Luxury Destination Resort rather than the usual
condo complex. It is on Alii Dr. a mile south of Kailua with its many fine
restaurants and shopping to meet everyones needs. There are two golf courses
within 3 miles and tennis courts near as well, a great snorkeling beach
and magic sands beach for a quick ocean swim is less than 10 minutes away.
The Casa has two pools, a large free formed salt water pool at the ocean
front and a protected beach equipped with lounge chairs for sunning or resting
under the palm trees after a dip[see photo lower right]. There is nearly
always action out to sea, fishing boats, cruise ships, dolphins and in winter
months the whales There is a fresh water pool in the center of the complex surrounded by beautiful gardens and an abundance of flowers. The Casa has central air conditioning so that with a flip of a switch you can adjust the temp to your needs. |
